1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 5555pak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of all services offered at 5555pak, including but not limited to casino games, card games, sports betting, esports betting, live dealer games, and the Aviator crash game.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on 5555pak, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in full;
• Are at least 18 years of age;

• Are not excluded from gaming by any self-exclusion agreement or court order;

3. Account Responsibilities

Your 5555pak account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

You must:

• Not share your account credentials with any other person for any reason;
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access funds;
• Notify 5555pak's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation;

5555pak is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a security breach.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5555pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 5555pak account within seconds.
• 5555pak does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply charges — these are outside our control.
• Only funds sourced from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within approximately 9 minutes of submission. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• 5555pak may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent the withdrawal.
• 5555pak reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on any withdrawal request. Processing may be paused during any such review.

5. Gameplay & Wagering Rules

Each game and category is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the respective game interface or section on the platform.

General wagering rules applicable across all 5555pak games and betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 5555pak will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that the player changed their mind after confirmation.
• Bets placed on markets or games that have already started or concluded due to a technical display error will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a game crash, network interruption, or technical fault during a live game session, 5555pak will apply the resolution policy documented for that specific game type.
• 5555pak reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of exploitation of a software error, manipulation of game outcomes, or collusion with other players.
• Maximum win amounts may apply per game type or betting market. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface.
• The Aviator game uses a provably fair algorithm. Players may verify the fairness of each round using the seed information provided after each round on 5555pak.

For Live Casino and Teen Patti tables, the decisions of the dealer are final. If a technical issue causes a hand or round to be interrupted, the round will be treated as void and stakes returned to all players involved, unless a clear winner can be determined from the recorded footage.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 5555pak. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, verification, or support interactions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;

• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical fault in a game or betting market — players who discover a technical error are obligated to report it to support immediately;
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse, recall, or dispute any deposit made to 5555pak through your payment provider after placing bets with those funds (commonly referred to as "chargeback fraud");

8. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited.
